What full floral service includes
Design Consultation
We begin with a conversation about your vision, your venue, your colour palette and the style of celebration you’re planning. This helps establish the direction for your wedding florals in a clear and personal way.
Floral Concept Development
Using the ideas we discuss, I create a considered floral direction to guide your overall look. This includes the palette, textures, key arrangements and installation possibilities that suit your venue and the level of impact you’d like to achieve.
Flower Sourcing & Selection
Your flowers are chosen with care — a combination of my own Irish-grown seasonal varieties and premium flowers from trusted suppliers in the Netherlands. Every stem is selected for quality, colour and suitability to your design.
On-Site Venue Walkthrough
After securing your date, we meet at your venue to walk through the spaces in person. This is where we explore installation opportunities, understand scale and lighting, and identify where flowers will bring the strongest visual impact.
Studio Preparation
In the days leading up to your wedding, all flowers are conditioned, prepared and arranged in the studio. Designs are created using sustainable methods, without floral foam, and shaped to ensure they look their best throughout the day.
On-the-Day Delivery & Installation
On the morning of your wedding, my team and I manage every detail, including:

Next-Day Collection
We return the following morning to collect all hire items, giving you complete peace of mind and leaving the venue as it should be.
I grow a selection of heirloom and seasonal flowers during the Irish growing season, including dahlias, cosmos, phlox, sweet peas and more delicate varieties that add depth, movement and texture to your arrangements.
These flowers are grown using eco-friendly methods in Co. Kerry and are used wherever possible throughout the season. The rest of your flowers are sourced from trusted Dutch suppliers who provide exceptional quality and consistency.
Sustainability is central to my practice, and I design without single use floral foam, using techniques that respect the natural world and enhance the longevity of your arrangements.

Our Process
1. First consultation
Once you enquire, we schedule a discovery call to discuss availability, your ideas and the overall feel of your celebration. This is a relaxed conversation to help us understand whether we are a good fit for your day.
2. Securing your date
After the call, and if you feel ready to work together, your date is secured with a retainer fee. Your wedding is then entered into my diary, and the full design process begins.
3. Design & Styling direction
We arrange a full design consultation, followed by a venue walkthrough. From here, I develop your bespoke floral and styling proposal, including a moodboard and clear visual direction. This is usually prepared around 3–4 months before your wedding to reflect accurate seasonal availability.
4. Final details
Six weeks before your wedding, we confirm all final details and make any last adjustments required. The final balance is due at this point.
5. Floral installation
On the day itself — or the day before, if agreed with your venue — my team and I arrive to style and install every floral element. We remain on-site for as long as required to ensure everything is placed with intention and finished to the highest standard.
6. Take down
After your wedding, we return to your venue the following morning to collect all hire items and carefully clear the floral installations. If your flowers are not being taken home by guests, we ensure they are repurposed and delivered to a nearby nursing home so they can continue to be enjoyed for another day.
Investment
Creating wedding flowers at this level involves detailed design planning, premium flower sourcing, sustainable techniques and a dedicated on-site team to bring everything together on the day. Each wedding is approached individually and shaped around the scale of your venue, the atmosphere you want to create and the floral story that best suits your celebration.
Full-service wedding florals begin from €4,000 (including VAT).
This starting point reflects the time, preparation and craftsmanship required to design, prepare and install cohesive florals across both your ceremony and reception spaces.

I design your florals using your palette, style and preferences as the guiding foundation. I select the highest-quality blooms available at the time — a combination of seasonal Irish flowers and premium Dutch stems — ensuring they suit your chosen aesthetic.
While I always take your preferences into account, specific flowers cannot be guaranteed due to seasonality and market availability. If a preferred bloom isn’t available, I will choose the closest and most beautiful alternative to maintain the overall look and feel of your design.

Yes. All hire items and mechanics are collected the following morning. If guests do not take the flowers home, we arrange for them to be delivered to a nearby nursing home.

We can plan designs that transition beautifully between events, refresh certain pieces where needed, and create new focal points for each occasion.
