Olivia and Nicholas's Fairytale Wedding: A Lavish Affair at Luttrellstown Castle

Some venues ask you to go big. Luttrellstown Castle is one of those places — the grounds, the stonework, the sheer presence of it. Olivia and Nicholas leaned into that fully, and we were lucky enough to be the ones bringing the floral vision to life for their day.

Their Story

Olivia and Nicholas met in a bar in New York. Nicholas proposed in St Tropez, on a stormy day out on the water — the kind of detail that tells you everything about how they see romance: unplanned, real, worth waiting out the weather for.

The Ceremony

Their ceremony took place at St Mochta's Catholic Church, just down the road from the castle. For the entrance, we built a floral archway substantial enough to hold its own against the grandeur waiting for them back at Luttrellstown — cascading white and blush blooms woven through with lush greenery, framing the moment they stepped out as a married couple.

The Reception

That same softness carried through to the reception. Petals trailed down the candelabras on the top table, catching candlelight rather than competing with it — one of Olivia's favourite details from the whole day, and one of ours too.

What We Loved Most

It wasn't the scale, though the castle certainly called for it. It was how much of the day still felt personal underneath all that grandeur — quiet details woven in for the people who mattered most. That balance is the part of our job we care about most: making sure the lavish of it all never overshadows the theirs of it.
